The position implies mixed working schedule including morning, evening as well as night shifts.

Day- 09.30-17.30

Evening- 17.30-01.30

Night- 01.30-09.30



-Provide customer service and respond to customer inquiries via online and phone support
-Evaluate problems of the customers and provide logical lasting solutions
-Troubleshoot and escalate the issues to appropriate departments
-Handle and resolve customer complaints
-Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
-Manage administration
-Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
-Perform other tasks, as required

Required Qualifications:

-Higher Education
-Excellent knowledge of Armenian, fluency in English and in Russian
-Work experience in customer care service will be a plus
-Knowledge of MS Office
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Customer service orientation
-Listening, problem analysis and problem-solving skills
-Attention to detail and accuracy
-Available to work via different shifts (day, evening, night)
-Ability to work in team
-Knowledge of sports, sports betting or gambling is a huge plus
-Punctual, open-minded, self-confident personality who is eager to learn and is flexible
-Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented personality
