Overview

Responsibilities:


- Develop and maintain regulations, decisions and guidelines and ensure best practices for business process standards, policies, and procedures
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure process and policy compliance
- Identify any gaps in standard operating procedures and processes. Develop and implement a plan to eliminate encountered shortcomings
- Review all the important processes of the company and study it operating systems to suggest changes or improvements
- Help in corporate decision making through experience, knowledge and analysis of business processes
- Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional internal teams to establish standard documentation procedures and templates
- Collect and analyse preliminary information about the problems in the company and report this to the management
- Carefully examine the complaints submitted by consumers, provide reasoned ways to solve the problem to management
- Control the execution of orders given by the President of the Company as per the agreed schedule

Required Qualifications:


- BS in Economics or Business Administration
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
- Proven ability to learn new procedures fast
- Very strong computer/tech skills (Excel, Office, proprietary databases)
- Good knowledge of English and Russian languages
