Overview

The Export Operations Manager is responsible for the development of Company’s foreign sales and conquering new markets.

Responsibilities:

-Liaises between various departments/ Production and Clients
-Manages current Export Accounts, facilitates Client communications
-Facilitates new account development, opening of new export markets
-Prepares presentations, Offers , Client Account & Info Briefs for management & for clients
-Organizes & Maintains Archives per Client ( products, financial, projects)
-Prepares for Company's participation in International Trade Fairs & Represents ( Availability for Int´l Travel)
-Prepares Client visits to the Production ( tourism hospitality experience valued)

Required Qualifications:

-Fluency in Russian & English
-Confident, Proactive, Energetic, Enthusiastic, Goal Oriented Individual
-Organized, attention to detail, Multi tasker, able to prioritize and work independently
-Problem solver
-Team Player
-Ability to work well under pressure and with deadlines (applications for tenders, competitions,)
-Project Management experience valued
-Logistical / transportation experience valued
-Interest in Wine & willingness to learn
-5 year experience in International Trade
-Knowledge of standard international trade documentation
-Power Point, Excel, MS office
