Overview

Responsibilities:


- Carry out all operations concerning guest arrival and departure in compliance with internal procedures
- Perform night audits
- Prepare hotel reports
- Inform guests about the formalities, any special conditions relating to their stay and the services available.
- Ensure that all guest documentation is up-to-date and available
- Develop high quality relationships with guests, from the moment they arrive and throughout their stay, in order to foster loyalty
- Handle any guest complaints and provides a rapid solution
- Convey the hotel image
- Keep track of the standard of services delivered, based on guest comments and quality audits
- Promote the brand and/or Group's loyalty programs to guests
- Perform other tasks assigned by Front Office Manager

Required Qualifications:


- Vocational diploma or degree in hospitality and/or anyone eager to work in the sector regardless of their educational background, pending validation of their skills
- Fluent in Armenian, Russian and English
- Hotel experience and knowledge of Opera software is a MUST
- Good interpersonal skills, guest oriented and service minded
- Team spirit
- Good listening skills and ability to anticipate
- Good presentation and confident speaking skills
- Dynamic
- Sales oriented
- Copes well under pressure
- Strong sense of ethics
- Autonomous with sense of responsibility

About ibis Yerevan Center

Ibis Yerevan Center, represented by "HIY" LLC, will be opening in Yerevan, Northern Avenue, in December 2016. The hotel will offer 255 rooms, 7 conference halls, 1 restaurant with terrace, lobby bar and parking space for 40 cars.
Ibis Yerevan will be the first hotel operated by a French multinational hotel group AccorHotels in Armenia.
