Overview

Responsibilities:


- Greet guests personally as they enter into the bar
- Receive and record reservations on the telephone
- Ensure the proper setup of dining and service areas
- Offer appropriate seats using truly personable demeanor
- Politely request guests to wait in waiting area if no table is available
- Ensure all orders are filled in a timely and accurate fashion
- Manage event related work including setting up tables and maintaining both exterior and interior of the bar
- Resolve guests’ concerns in a prompt manner.

Required Qualifications:


- Proven work experience as a hostess
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Service orientation and excellent organizational skills
- Active listening and effective communication competencies
- Good physical condition
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Armenian, Russian and English languages
