- Assist in the preparation of job vacancy announcements and upon need continuously update, review and edit them together with HR specialist
- Translate job announcements from Armenian into English and vice versa
- Share job announcements via job announcement portals, job agencies, social media, university career centers etc.
- Cooperate with universities, job agencies and youth active groups
- Participate in the interviews together with HR specialist
- Assist in the organization of trainings
- Manage job applicants’ database and keep the existing HR database
- Collect, form and maintain HRM documentary; lists, reports etc.
- Other HRM related tasks

Required Qualifications:

- Basic knowledge of HRM discipline
- Advanced knowledge of written and oral English
- Willingness to gain new knowledge Skills:
- Ability to work in a team and resist challenges
- Communication and presentation skills
- A good list of read books and sense of humor is mandatory
- Creative and out of box thinking and ideas, and readiness to fulfill them
