Overview

Responsibilities:


- Manages the assets of clients, including transactions with securities and in foreign currency both in and out of stock exchange
- Obtains necessary consents related with the client’s assets and clarifies essential terms and conditions of agreements
- Reviews local and foreign stock exchange fields and provides forecasts of probable fluctuation of prices for a short period
- Possesses and analyzes the events happening in local and foreign financial markets and drafts analytical materials
- Submits high quality and in time reports in compliance with the requirements of the Central Bank of Armenia and the Company’s internal regulations
- Ensures sufficient level of diversification of securities and foreign currency portfolios
- Develops projects for improvement of the quality of portfolio management operations
- Ensures the proper fulfilment of the Company’s tasks, decisions and orders, and internal audit requirements
- Provides support to the Company’s other departments if necessary

Required Qualifications:


- Higher education in Economics or Finance
- At least 2 years of proven work experience in the investment field
- Availability of a certificate granted by the Central Bank of Armenia to carry out relevant qualified activities will be a plus
- Good knowledge of RA legislation on regulation of stock market of RA
- Skills in analyzing the financial market
- Quick orientation and decision-making skills
- Problem and conflict-solving skills
- Knowledge of business ethics and compliance with them
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellency in Armenian, Russian and English languages (both written and oral)
