Overview

Responsibilities:


- Ensure that the monthly forecasted food and beverage revenue figures are achieved
- Supervise and coordinate all activities of personnel engaged in preparing and serving food and beverage to implement and maintain required standards
- Ensure complete and thorough menu knowledge of the food and beverage items for all service periods. Evaluate and give recommendations of all kinds to the Executive Chef
- Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, the maintenance of furnishing and equipment and the proper set up
- Ensure guest satisfaction through high quality of service and good public relations in all service period
- Handle customer complaints and take necessary action to remedy the situation
- Ensure restaurant staff are performing duties correctly, efficiently and to the best of their ability

Required Qualifications:


- Higher education
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant position
- Strong communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledge of Armenian and English languages
