Overview

The job requires a high level of customer interaction, thus the incumbent should have good customer-facing and communication skills

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers who enter the shop;
- Be involved in stock control and management;
- Assist shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for;
- Responsible for processing cash and card payments;
- Answer queries from customers;
- Report discrepancies and problems to the supervisor;
- Give advice and guidance on product selection to customers;
- Balance cash registers with receipts;
- Deal with customer refunds;
- Responsible for dealing with customer complaints;
- Responsible for security within the store;
- Keep up to date with special promotions and put up displays.

Required Qualifications:

- Higher education;
- Excellent command of MS Office;
- Good command of Armenian and Russian languages; knowledge of English language will be considered an advantage;
- Friendly and engaging personality;
- Comfortable working with members of the public;
- Confident manner;
- Helpful and polite person;
- Ability to work as part of a sales team;
- Knowledge of inventory techniques.
