Overview

"Locator" CJSC is looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for B2B sales process planning, implementation and service.

Responsibilities:

- Find potential customers via internal and external sources;
- Maintain correspondence with existing and potential customers, make/ answer calls, arrange meetings and perform negotiations, as well as carry out additional sales;
- Establish and strengthen relationships with B2B segment representatives;
- Sell the Company's products to legal entities; make service contracts;
- Coordinate the delivery of contracts and follow up the return of the copy;
- Manage customer portfolio; develop commercial offers that meet customer needs and offer solutions;
- Collect and process information regarding customer needs;
- Constantly make arrangements and acquire agreements with employees for regulation of work process;
- Coordinate service connection and further troubleshooting; forward current issues in connection with customers' bills, extracts and contracts to B2B back office;
- Organize meetings on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; present daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales results and other reports;
- Perform other tasks delegated by the Line Manager.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferably in a technical field;
- Preferably 1 year of work experience in corporate sales;
- Good presentation, negotiation and conflict management skills;
- Innovative and initiative taking personality;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Computer full literacy.
