Overview

Responsibilities:


- Negotiate with existing corporate customers and engage new ones through building up a long-term cooperation with them
- Explore the competitive market and understand its trends
- Participate in the strategic planning of the sales in accordance with the business goals of the company
- By cooperating with marketing team participate in the planning and implementation of marketing activities
- Analyze all the sales phases and participate in the pricing and annual sales forecasting processes of the services
- Prepare monthly and annual reports for the management

Required Qualifications:


- Higher education in Business Administration or a relevant field
- Previous managerial experience in sales is mandatory (sales experience in a construction or vehicles field will be considered as an advantage)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong analytical skills, effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and within strict time frames
- Demonstrable experience as sales manager developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Valid driving license and at least 3 years of driving experience
