Overview

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for financial and accounting management of the Company;
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial analysis, forecasts, reports and promotional budgets to specific deadlines;
- Process financial records such as bills, accounts payable and receivables, invoices using E-invoicing program; carry out banking operations;
- Maintain and control the current accounting of the Company;
- Prepare tax reports, follow the accounting and tax requirements of the current legislation of Armenia; ensure that all tax matters are treated in a proper manner and in compliance with related legislation;
- Work with both internal and external auditors during financial audits;
- Maintain and administer accounting software and database;
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Required Qualifications:

- Higher education in Economics, Finance, Accounting or other related sphere;
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience;
- Knowledge of 1C accounting software; knowledge of MS Office: fluency in Word and Excel; experience in setting up and maintaining computerized accountant systems with the cooperation of IT Department;
- Knowledge of IFRS, tax legislation and financial regulations;
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Possession of a Certified Accountant's qualification is a plus;
- High sense of responsibility and accuracy;
- Communication and team-working skills;
- Negotiating and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Self-motivated personality with the ability to work under pressure proactively and independently.
