Position: Training & Performance Evaluation Coordinator

Contract type: FT (5 days/40 hours per week, Maternity Leave replacement)

Job Location: Yerevan, Armenia

Responsibilities:

-Coordinate staff performance evaluation process
-Perform related data analysis and reporting
-Design and conduct staff surveys on as-needed basis
-Perform mapping of competences for the positions and identify training needs
-Prepare annual staff training plan based on PE and staff satisfaction survey's results
-Participate in developing and updating of staff training evaluation and monitoring plan and follow up with implementation
-Participate in the development of personnel policies and procedures
-Conduct HR-related research using Internet, other on-line sources and media and prepare presentations as needed
-Assist in preparing HR strategic planning
-Assist with grant proposal writing and implementation (Erasmus+ and other)
-Input all related data into HR 1C system
-Perform translation of related materials
-Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

Required Qualifications:

-Master's degree in a relevant field (public and/or business administration, HR management)
-Computer skills (MS Office, spreadsheets, database management)
-Experience with 1C Software
-Fluency in English, Armenian and Russian
-Demonstrated enthusiasm and positive attitude
-Attention to details
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to work as part of a team
