Overview
NRGaming is looking for a Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted point of contact
- Understand client needs, business goals, and challenges to provide effective solutions
- Support clients with product updates, promotions, and compliance requirements specific to the gambling industry
- Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Marketing, Risk Department etc.) to meet client requirements
- Monitor account performance, provide regular reports, and ensure delivery of agreed services and promotions.
- Ensure all account documentation, agreements, and processes are up to date
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication and support
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in account management, client success, or sales in the iGaming industry
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple high-value clients in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken)
