- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of payroll updates, including new hires, terminations, vacations, changes to pay rates, and changes to positions
- Update payroll systems, including employment hires and terminations, and changes to pay rates
- Prepare contracts, agreements, and other necessary documents
- Prepare both local and international banking transfers
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll per local statutory requirements and regulations
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions
- Issuing payments to employees, including salaries, benefits, and business trip expenses
- Monitor paid and unpaid leaves
- Ensure that all necessary documentation is kept in an orderly manner
- Maintain accurate records of receivable and payable accounts
- Prepare income tax reports for review by the Chief Accountant

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience of 2+ years as an Accounting and Payroll Specialist or any related position
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or other related field
- Experience in payroll processes, understanding of tax regulations, deductions, and compliance according to the Tax and Labor Code of RA
- Experience in local and international bank transfers
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Knowledge of ArmSoft and MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word have high priority)
- Fluent communication Skills in English (written & verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Great organizational and time-management skills
