Overview

A&M Rare LLC is currently seeking an administrative assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

-Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
-Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings and accurately recording minutes from meetings,
-Organize the internal and external communication: memos, letters, presentations, reports,
-Makes travel arrangements such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations
-Providing oral and written translations in English, Russian and Armenian
-Handling the flow of documents (receiving and registering different documents, maintaining archive documents
-Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information

Required Qualifications:

-Higher education
-At least 2 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
-Excellent knowledge of English, Armenian, and Russian
-Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
-JOB KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
-Attention to detail and problem solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
-Reporting Skills
