Overview

Responsibilities:


- Coordinate and perform office management
- Organize in going and outgoing office correspondence e-mails, letters, answer calls
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
- Support team in relation to internet
- Do translations from Armenian to English and Russian and Vice Versa
- Ability to quickly assess a situation and problem solve to point of resolution
- Other activities connected with office management and staff needs

Required Qualifications:


- At least 1 year of experience in administration environment
- Fluency in Armenian, English, Russian/written and oral
- Management skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Desire to learn new skills and develop himself/ herself
- Problem solving, multitasking, detail-orientated
