Responsibilities:


- Work collaboratively with the general director and business partners and with other staff members to ensure the efficient operation of the office
- Take overflow phone calls for staff, provide computer system backup, and cross-train in all administrative duties within the company
- Inventory control and procurement of office and computer supplies for the company
- Ensure the process of preparing, signing, scanning, archiving, and sending the documents by electronic and postal services maintaining strict confidentiality
- Distribution of mail to associates
- Ensure polite and professional communication of the company both in and outside of the company (via e-mail, mail, phone)
- Provide an expert-level translation of documents, including financial statements and reports (English and Russian)
- Organize and coordinate the necessary meetings, and events, follow up the meetings schedules
- Perform other assignments assigned by the general director

Required Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree desirably in linguistics
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Russian, and knowledge of financial terms will be a huge plus
- Multi-tasking administrative duties and switching priorities as needed
