Action Against Hunger is looking for an Administrative/ Finance Officer to join its team. The positon is based in Yerevan with regular field trips to project locations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the Base's cash and bank, accounting records and supporting documents;
- Supervise and consolidate of the accounts within the mission;
- Check and follow accountancy procedures;
- Manage project related accounting records and the accounting supporting documents;
- Deal with all tax related issues at base level;
- Manage administratively the Base's local human resources;
- Manage the Base's rental and service contracts, including their timely payments;
- Ensure the proper filing of HR, administrative and financial documents;
- Prepare supporting documents for audit;
- Report to the Coordination Office on all financial and administrative issues;
- Coordinate with the Base Logistician and programme staff regarding project implementation.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accountancy;
- At least 3 years of experience in accountancy, cash management, project financial management;
- Fluency in English and Armenian languages; knowledge of Russian language is an asset;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with compulsory expertise in Excel;
- Knowledge of accounting programs and experience with Agresso ERP would be an advantage;
- Team player with sense of professionalism and loyalty to Organization;
- Demonstrate commitment towards gender equality issues;
- Motivated by humanitarian aims and be flexible with respect to working hours and place of work.
