- Translate proposals, audit reports, and other documentation
- Manage the Department's tender processes and prepare proposals
- Maintain and improve mechanisms for obtaining opportunities, survey and measure tender process and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities
- Draft and translate the Department's electronic or hard-copy correspondence
- Make and answer phone calls related to the Department's activities
- Maintain meeting calendar and greet visitors
- Create reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed
- Maintain and duly update the list of clients and their contact information

Required Qualifications:

- Three years’ administrative assistance and translations experience
- Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Strong proficiency in English and Russian languages
- Proficiency in the financial vocabulary will be a plus
- Strong PC skills with the following software required: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
