• Tanslate proposals, audit reports, and other documentation;
  • Manage the Department's tender processes and prepare proposals;
  • Maintain and improve mechanisms for obtaining opportunities, survey and measure tender process and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities;
  • Draft and translate the Department's electronic or hard-copy correspondence;
  • Make and answer phone calls related to the Department's activities;
  • Maintain meeting calendar and greet visitors;
  • Create reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed;
  • Maintain and duly update the list of clients and their contact information;

Required Qualifications:

  • Three years’ administrative assistance and translations experience,
  • Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors,
  • Strong proficiency in English and Russian languages, 
  • Proficiency in the financial vocabulary will be a plus, 
  • Strong PC skills with the following software required: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
