- Welcome guests by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
- Take care of the office administration & maintenance: Planning budgets for office administration in accordance with Company rules, taking responsibility for budget execution
- Order Company branded items, office maintenance articles, etc
- Organize and coordinate all travel and visa arrangements, booking appointments for employees and clients
- Assist the Director and the HR team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks
- Facilitate in organizing internal/external events
- Work with vendors and agreements

Required Qualifications:

- University Degree
- Proven experience in HR administration (ideally in HR team of banks)
- Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills to work with employees and vendors
- Ability to work with contracts and keep confidential information
- Excellent knowledge of Russian and English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Good time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Solid knowledge of RA Labor Code
- Social, energetic, and creative skills
