Overview

We are seeking a young Hotel Administrator to join our team. As a Hotel Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our hotel and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:


- Manage and oversee the hotel's operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient running of the hotel.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Required Qualifications:


- Must be fluent in Armenian, excellent knowledge of Russian and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work well under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
