Galaxsys offers a wide range of fast and skill games in the iGaming industry. Our game portfolio has been developed to allow our partners to increase their overall offering, improve both player acquisition and retention, and generate profitable growth. Now we are looking for an experianced Affiliate Manager to join our team.


- Manage a portfolio of high value affiliate accounts with the objective of growing the company's new customers
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness and work with Senior Group Managers to develop forecasts in line with budgets
- Identify and cultivate top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key partners
- Create monthly promotions and communications to affiliate marketers
- Collaborate with the internal teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network
- Represent the company at industry events and keep updated on industry trends
- Identify and monitor affiliates who are not generating ROI and take appropriate action
- Play a key part in framing the company's proposition in target countries
- Monitor performance of affiliates, such as source of traffic, the quality of their players
- Overseeing Account Management, Marketing and CRM, Sales Development, and Compliance functions within the Affiliate Team
- Delivering on the Affiliate Targets in all markets measured on NDC, CAC. This includes scaling existing affiliates, creating better deals, and/or adding new affiliates to the program
- Performing the necessary due diligence when on boarding new Affiliates, ensuring that new partners meet our requirements; overall responsibility for the on boarding and sales to prospective partners
- Overall responsibility for the Key Affiliate and Affiliate Management functions with a focus on building professional relationships through effective communication and plans for compliant and profitable growth
- Close cooperation with Data and Analytics, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure profitable business

Required Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of experience in affiliate management in iGaming
- Strong team management and partnership management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective sales and negotiation skills
- Driven and results-orientated
- Effective reporting and presentation skills
- Highly numerate
- A good understanding of tracking technology
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
