Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Work with software development teams to establish and manage the project plan from inception to delivery
  • Elaborate project roadmap in collaboration with Product Owner
  • Support Product Owner in defining project scope and iteration content (sprints, release)
  • Track and communicate Sprint/Release progress to the teams and management
  • Organize and facilitate relative Scrum/Kanban procedures: Plannings, Stand ups, Groomings, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
  • Influence culture of openness, collaboration, and continuous team improvement
  • Collect and analyze data about team performance to improve team efficiency
  • Coach and counsel teams and appraise job results
  • Guide the teams and organization on Agile Project Management best practices
  • Facilitate discussions, decision making and conflict resolution within the teams
  • Work to turn teams into highly organized and productive ones

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Project and Team Management
  • Knowledge of Agile Project Management practices
  • Strong Analytical, communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong Sense of Responsibility and ability to multitask
  • Fluency in Armenian and English languages, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence and other project management tools is a plus
  • Ability to independently define, escalate and resolve issues within teams and company
