Overview

JCA Jewellery Company of Armenia is looking for a highly motivated candidate for the position of Assistant to President of the Company, to perform varied office administrative and secretarial support functions.

Responsibilities:

- Sort and distribute incoming mail to areas and dispatch outgoing mail;
- Answer and direct phone calls;
- Type correspondence, reports and other documents;
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments;
- Book travel arrangements.

Required Qualifications:

- University degree in Linguistics, Public Relations or a related communications field;
- Work experience in a related field is preferable;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Good time management skills;
- High sense of responsibility, accuracy, integrity and commitment;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office package;
- Advanced knowledge of Russian and English languages.
