Ameriabank CJSC is looking for a Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer, Ameria CJSC.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process timesheets for consultants
  • Prepare and issue bills for clients
  • Communicate with clients on payment issues, supervise collection of receivables
  • Prepare bank transfer-related documents
  • Classify accounting documents, keep the books and handle the overall paper flow of the unit
  • Assist the Chief Financial Officer in preparation of reports and other daily issues
  • Perform other tasks, whenever required
Required Qualifications:
  • University degree in economics, accounting or engineering
  • Excellent command of Armenian, English and Russian (including writing skills) required for continuous written communication with foreign partners
  • Computer skills, knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel, above average)
  • Analytical skills
  • Commitment to professional growth and development, desire for personal growth and learning
  • Demonstrated team-player skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
