Overview
“SADA Global Delivery Center” is looking for a “Associate Manager, Billing Operations”.
- Manage SADA Armenia Billing Operations team's daily operations including hiring, performance evaluation, providing constructive feedback, directing workflow, and team responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and fully understand billing processes and their impact on the overall business; analyze, identify, and implement potential process and system enhancements to create efficiencies and reduce resource allocation for routine tasks, procedures, and reports; assist in the completion of projects and meet established goals
- Responsible for all SADA Armenia Billing operations linked to invoices, credits, refunds
- Coordinate and manage all customer facing and non customer facing related activities for Billing for the entire organization
- Develop reporting, plans to achieve significant milestones, and deliver results for established OKRs
- Identify potential opportunities for process improvement and report automation using various methods, i.e. databases, spreadsheets, other data sources, IT development, and execute changes to systems with little or no impact
- Engage team development and foster employee career growth
- Manage processes to reconcile invoices with balance sheet reports and resolve any discrepancies
- Manage processes to receive and process customer payments through NetSuite
- Communicate with our external customers and internal departments to provide insight and explanation, resolve issues, and provide clarifications
- Enhance the month-end process (financial reporting, variance analysis, and commentary) through automation and leveraging efficiencies to effectively meet the rigorous month end cycle timelines
- Assist in the compilation and presentation of periodic financial reports to the Finance leadership
- Support Executive Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis
- High-level proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- English language proficiency
- Strong understanding of financial reporting & generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and/or International
- Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Intermediate to advanced level excel and established experience with vlookup, pivot tables, IF/IS formulas
- Proficient in analyzing financial issues and making logical recommendations based on findings
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Energetic, personable, and comfortable working under tight deadlines
- Independent and self-motivated, yet willing to work within a team environment
- Demonstrated leadership and training skills, with the ability to impact staff performance positively.
- Not afraid to work fast and ask lots of questions
- Experience with auditing and testing financials
- Ability to multitask
