Overview
“Synergy International Systems Inc.” is looking for a “Associate Product Owner”.
-
Collaborate with Product Owners to develop stories and tasks.

Communicate the product features, issues, bugs and functionalities to the development team.

Organize and participate in daily stand ups and meetings, take meeting notes.
-
Group, sort and prioritize the requests, stories, issues and bugs for further planning.
-
Support the Product Owners by reviewing business requirements for the product roadmap.
-
2+ year experience in product management, experience in Enterprise Systems is a plus.

Experience in Agile methodologies, PM tools such as JIRA and Wireframe tools.

Experience in story writing and backlog grooming.

Easily incorporates small details into the big picture.

Passionate user advocate with ability to identify and fulfill customer needs.

Proactive problem solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communicator, able to articulate complex issues to a wide range of audiences.
-
Ability to work autonomously with little help or direction.

Good understanding of development & release management processes.

Technical background is highly desirable.

Interest in technology and knowledge of industry structure and trends.
-
English proficiency is a must.
