Overview

“Synergy International Systems Inc.” is looking for a “Associate Product Owner”.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Owners to develop stories and tasks. 

  • Communicate the product features, issues, bugs and functionalities to the development team. 

  • Organize and participate in daily stand ups and meetings, take meeting notes. 

  • Group, sort and prioritize the requests, stories, issues and bugs for further planning. 

  • Support the Product Owners by reviewing business requirements for the product roadmap. 

 

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ year experience in product management, experience in Enterprise Systems is a plus.  

  • Experience in Agile methodologies, PM tools such as JIRA and Wireframe tools.  

  • Experience in story writing and backlog grooming. 

  • Easily incorporates small details into the big picture. 

  • Passionate user advocate with ability to identify and fulfill customer needs.  

  • Proactive problem solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Exceptional communicator, able to articulate complex issues to a wide range of audiences. 

  • Ability to work autonomously with little help or direction. 

  • Good understanding of development & release management processes. 

  • Technical background is highly desirable. 

  • Interest in technology and knowledge of industry structure and trends. 

  • English proficiency is a must.
