Working hours – 10:00-19:00 or 17:00-02:00
Responsibilities:
- Research and build relationships with new and potential customers
- Take end-to-end responsibility of resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner by phone, email and chat
- Working with a customer base (attracting, servicing and developing customers)
- Analyze market information and implement strategies to achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
- B2B sales experience of more than 1 year
- Strong communication skills
- Goal-oriented person with an ability to sell
- Advanced level of English, which will be assessed during your interview
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks without compromising the quality
