Basic Support Agent (On Shift) is responsible for ensuring high-level customer support by serving customer calls politely and properly, providing accurate answers to customers’ inquiries along with applying problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:


- Provide efficient and effective telephone service to customers
- Provide proper/accurate information
- Arise customers’ interest in products and services of the Company
- Record the issue and follow-up to solve it providing feedback to the customer upon necessity
- Reply technically as far as possible and transfer the call to technical section if necessary
- Make records of all customer calls
- Submit daily reports on complaints and offers received from customers

Required Qualifications:


- College/Higher education (also can apply undergraduate and master degree students)
- Relevant work experience is an advantage
- Fluent in Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Problem solving and complaints handling skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Effective team working and time management skills
