Overview
Family Network is looking for a Billing specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Providing automatic calculation system tariff plans creation and accurate tariffing of services (internet, television)
- Ensure that all delivery instructions in the billing database are successfully applied to network elements to reduce queues
- Ensure successful download of registered calls, communications and GPRS logs in the billing system with the correct CDR criteria and conditions
- Analyse data received from other subdivisions, detect the discrepancies and correct
- Compile reports based on data available in the system
- Integrate the billing system with other systems (e.g. payment terminals)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- 1+ years of work experience.
- Technical knowledge of networks, operating systems, telecommunication network models.
- Ability to collect and analyze information.
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian
