- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitors' activities in the dairy sector
- Expertly manage various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, website content, and promotional materials, with a focus on dairy products
- Craft compelling and brand-aligned content for diverse dairy product marketing platforms
- Oversee and optimize digital advertising campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all dairy-related channels
- Analyze data from dairy-focused marketing campaigns to evaluate performance and refine strategies
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including dairy product development, design, and sales, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives
- Plan and coordinate marketing events and promotions for our dairy products
- Efficiently manage and adhere to budgets dedicated to the marketing of dairy goods

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing
- Communications, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in multi-channel marketing management, with a preference for experience in the dairy industry
- Outstanding creativity and communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use insights to drive marketing decisions for dairy products
- Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to meet deadlines
- A collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills
