Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Perform evaluation and analyses of business processes and systems.
  • Perform optimization and improvement of actual business processes.
  • Study and develop a business development strategy.
  • Evaluate, study and analyze business needs.
  • Implement project-related risk evaluation and analyses.
  • Perform design of IT systems and data standardization.
  • Evaluate business needs, understand priorities, manage business-related issues.
  • Cooperate with business units, branches network, project managers and architects.
  • Perform testing and evaluation of developed applications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Higher education in the fields of IT systems, economy or related fields
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, fair knowledge of Russian and English languages
  • Management and supervision skills
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the financial-banking field
  • Work experience in the IT field will be considered an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of document generation
  • High written and oral communication skills, including the ability to maintain technical documents
  • Knowledge of LSoft-Bank system 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems
  • Organizational and team-working skills
  • Time-management skills
