Overview
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements from business and stake holders for web and mobile projects
- Analyze and map processes or data to identify gaps
- Liaise with different teams for Project Impact Assessment
- User Story Acceptance criteria writing, create workflow or process diagrams
- Present business requirements to developers and raise any issue to business
- Facilitate UAT and provide support during testing.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 to 2 years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills.
- Softwares : Visio, Jira, Confluence, Drupal
- Exposure to web development and Agile Methodology are an advantage
- Willing to work extended hours and able to work under pressure.
- Versatile personality and has a positive outlook
