Overview
Earlyone is looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for customer acquisition, lead generation, as well as prospect management. He/she will be responsible for researching and networking with new clients as well as providing prospective customers with presentations,researching their needs and finding the best solution for them.
- Discover and qualify new business opportunities
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Create informative presentations for potential clients/partners at meetings, workshops or other events
- Identify new potential markets and be aware of new products and competition status
- Make cold, active, inactive calls for new business leads
- Support in writing new business proposals, commercial offers or sales packages
- Keep prospective client database updated
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
- Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar
- Proficiency in English and Russian languages
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales/business development,
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management
- Excellent knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
- Analytical and time-management skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create targeted presentations
- Detail oriented and an active listener
