Overview

Responsibilities:

  1. Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services;
  2. Think strategically to see the bigger picture and set objectives in order to develop and improve the business;
  3. Foster and develop relationships with customers, understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively;
  4. Work strategically to carry out necessary planning in order to ease sales operations;
  5. Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department;
  6. Professionally communicate with all appropriate levels of decision makers;
  7. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and viable income streams;
  8. Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events;
  9. Prepare and give business reviews and presentations to the senior management team on a monthly basis.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Higher education is a must (Bachelor’s degree);
  2. Previous experience in local sales/appointment setting is essential (min. 2-3 years);
  3. Prior work experience in engineering or as a construction sales representative is preferred;
  4. Strong numerical and analytical skills and attention to detail;
  5. Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques;
  6. Good teamwork and communication skills;
  7. Commercial mindset and sense of meeting client expectations;
  8. Knowledge of English and Russian languages;
