“Slash” is looking for a “Business Development Manager”.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop/improve sales content
  • Develop/improve all sales collateral and process
  • Develop & maintain commercial partnership including with sales agents
  • Retarget existing prospect inside CRM & LinkedIn 
  • Maintain sales pipeline in CRM, specifically on Master Appointments and Master Sales
  • Monitor Request For Quotations (RFQs) opportunities with multilateral organizations
  • Prepare quotations and RFQ for new clients
  • Participate/lead sales meetings with tier 3 deals (< USD50K)
  • Respond to sales related queries on website and other means 
  • Follow up with prospects (after first demo by CEO)
  • Keep leads in CRM & LinkedIn warm (after first demo by CEO)
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts of business development

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent spoken and written English (Fluent or Native)
  • Proactive, confident, doesn’t shy away from responsibility, take full ownership
  • Analytical mind and abstract thinking; ability to structure problems
  • MBTI: high iNtuition is preferred
  • Commercial acumen with hustler skills
  • Prior experience with IT services or consulting is desirable
  • Ability to listen, present, negotiate, and influence all levels of the organization, including senior corporate decision makers
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant sales and Business Development experience
  • Demonstrable portfolio of previous sales experience for consulting and/or service companies (preferably IT/software development products)
  • Proven experience in proposal writing, clients demos, key account management, and value driven client relationship building.
  • Prior sales or founder experience is a bonus
  • Keen for long term growth in the role with Slash and lead more negotiations in the future
