Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the Business Operations team’s day to day activities;
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, budget and conduct variance analyses;
  • Prepare invoices, manage cash flows, follow up the payments of receivables;
  • Design and improve of procedures, guidelines and policies;
  • Oversee operational data collection, structuring and maintenance;
  • Follow up company’s projects’ financial performances;
  • Monitor company KPIs and perform comparative analyses, suggest improvements;
  • Implement analyses of Company’s expenses, overhead, productivity and other data for management;
  • Perform cost accounting and optimization;
  • Create and monitor financial models;
  • Help management in personal development process of employees;
  • Manage HR database;
  • Cooperate closely with company’s accounting department to insure timely and proper transactions and reporting
  • Manage CRM records;
  • Perform on demand researches;
  • Manage company social media platforms;
  • Organize events, participate in business development processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Marketing or other related fields;
  • Excellent knowledge of finance and accounting, knowledge of Armsoft is a plus;
  • Excellent knowledge of English;
  • Excellent communications and team working skills;
  • Excellent research skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of office applications;
  • Good understanding of financial processing, budgeting, etc.;
  • Knowledge of RA tax and labor codes;
  • General knowledge and interest in IT sphere;
  • Ability and willingness to work on cross-functional projects and processes.
