Overview

Our team is looking for a Call Center Coordinator who will work at our Customer Happiness Department. The coordinator will work with statistical data, support the managers with real-time reports for agents in the call center.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the call center agents work
  • Providing statistical reports to the managers
  • Working with problematic customers
  • Assisting the managers
  • Ensuring the successful workflow of the call center

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Service
  • 1 year of experience in a leading position
  • Strong knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with problematic customers
  • Ability to multitask
