Responsibilities:


- Processing of incoming calls
- Consulting support
- Hotline service — handling complaints and requests

Required Qualifications:


- Competent and clear speech, good diction
- Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian languages
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Strong willingness to learn
- Stress resistance
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
