Responsibilities:
  • Conduct online monitoring and game risk evaluation
  • Quickly respond to problems and suggestions raised by customers
  • Conduct different types of analyses
  • Improve methods to detect and eliminate various kinds of violations
  • Conduct various types of customer-related activities on a daily basis
  • Develop, compile and present reports related to risk analysis
  • Manage clients’ requests and provide an appropriate solution
  • Test casino games' views and functionality
  • Add new games to partner websites
  • Configured different providers to a partner website
  • Create Casino Games on different Platforms
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems quickly
  • Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to decreasing manual work
Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of Excel (General)
  • Ability to work in different fast-paced work environments and quickly respond to changing situations
  • Strongly developed decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Attention to detail and well-developed memory
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Good knowledge of Russian and English
