“Telcell Market” is looking for a “Chief Accountant”.

Responsibilities:


- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including the preparation and maintenance of financial records
- Ensuring the accuracy of financial records and that all entries are properly classified and recorded in accordance with accounting standards
- Conducting regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Providing financial analysis and reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring, ensuring that spending stays within budgeted amounts
- Advising the startup team on financial and tax matters, including tax planning and compliance with tax laws
- Working with the financial advisor and other stakeholders to secure funding and support the growth of the marketplace product
- Monitoring and analyzing key financial KPIs to ensure the financial health of the startup and make recommendations for improvement, if necessary
- Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records for the startup, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial statements
- Recording financial transactions, ensuring that all entries are properly classified and recorded in accordance with accounting standards
- Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring, ensuring that spending stays within budgeted amounts
- Advising the startup team on financial and tax matters, including tax planning and compliance with tax laws
- Assessing the financial viability of the startup, including market size, competition, and revenue potential
- Developing and implementing financial plans that support the growth and expansion of the marketplace product
- Recommending strategies for raising capital, including venture capital, angel investments, and crowdfunding
- Monitoring the startup's financial performance and making recommendations for improvement, if necessary
- Staying up to date with financial regulations and laws that may affect the startup's financial plans
- Providing financial education and resources to the startup team, helping them make informed decisions about the company's finance

Required Qualifications:


- University degree in Accounting, Finance or other related fields
- 7+ years of relevant professional work experience
- Knowledge of up-to-date accounting standards and chart of accounts
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian tax legislation
- Excellent knowledge of "Armenian software" program
- AAAA or ACCA "F" level certificate is a plus
- Fluency in Armenian, knowledge of Russian and English languages is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively
