Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Formulate career development plans for employees
  • Analyze the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools
  • Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objectives
  • Responsible for ensuring data privacy, data integrity and accuracy, and system security
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable labour policies, laws and regulations
  • Identify effective management approaches, develop strategies and policies for change and renewal
  • Assist team leads and employees in counseling and crafting the improvement plans
  • Develop a strong succession plan for meeting the needs of the organization in a timely fashion
  • Provides for effective communication with staff, media, community, and the board
  • Proactively identify and respond to issues of interest to employees.

Required Qualifications:

  • Work experience as a Chief HR Officer, Head of HR or similar role 
  • In-depth knowledge of all HR functions
  • Hands-on experience with HR software
  • Skilled at getting individuals, teams, and an entire organization to perform at a higher level, and to embrace change
  • Good understanding of Armenian labor legislation
  • Excellent leadership abilities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Social Science or relevant field
  • Advanced knowledge of English language
  • Certification like PHR and SPHR is a plus
