• Consistently and frequently delivering new features that add demonstrable value for our customers and respond to their needs;
  • Overall ownership of and accountability for system architecture, team processes and delivery of technical solutions;
  • Collaborating with the Senior Management team of the Group to help define and deliver on short term goals and longer-term roadmap;
  • Championing the voice of the Product and Engineering team within the wider business;
  • Communicating technology strategy and our roadmap to stakeholders;
  • Structuring and managing the Engineering teams;
  • Managing and mentoring our next generation of senior technical leaders;    
  • Advising on technological options available to address business problems, providing timely advice on the feasibility;
  • Ensuring that the impact of internal tools and external features is always measurable.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ experience in software development, information technology, or related field; 3 years in management or leadership role;
  • A solid track record of delivery with multiple development streams;
  • Ability to recognize and deliver against customer needs;
  • Comfortable in fast paced environment with multiple stakeholders;
  • Demonstrable competence in promoting cooperation, alignment and diversity across teams;
  • Passion for mentorship and developing individuals through feedback and coaching;
  • Excellent communicator at all levels of stakeholder;
  • In depth understanding of the Betting industry;
  • Experience of managing large budgets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field; Master’s degree in information technology or a technology-related discipline preferred
