Overview

We are looking for a Client Service / Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.
The Client Service / Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:


- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
- Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect
- Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
- Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience

Required Qualifications:


- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, Client Service Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data
- Adaptability and strong problem solving skills
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
