COAF SMART Finance Instructor

YOUR TEAM 

You will be joining the COAF SMART Programs team  (with a Service provision contract) and will work under the leadership of COAF SMART programs manager.

YOU WILL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS 

• Teach five core aspects of financial education, namely: Earning, Saving & Investing, Spending, Borrowing, and Protecting
• Create educational materials such as syllabi, lesson plans, e-learning modules, hand-outs, exercises and presentations
• Grade class assignments and examinations. Informs students of course requirements, evaluation procedures and attendance requirements
• Develop and implement student learning outcomes
• Implement effective classroom management techniques
• Integrate new practices, innovations, or techniques relevant to work readiness and college entrance exams
• Assist in the development of supplemental learning activities to meet varying academic needs of students
• Work efficiently in a multi-disciplinary team and build teams of idea generators, creators, developers, implementers around in their field
• Ensure a safe, creative and imagination boosting working and learning atmosphere

YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Higher education and experience in Finance/Related field
• Knowledge of RA financial system structure and functions 
• Understanding of planning and efficient management of budget
• Business management model types and budget prototyping skills
• Experience in education and ability to work with children is a plus
• Ability to adapt and use technology in classroom and for analyzing data
• Excellent communication skills and public speaking ability
• Languages: Armenian (required), English and Russian (preferred)
• High sense of responsibility and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively and under pressure
• Good team player & tech-savvy
• Considers him/herself a lifelong learner
