Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen and promote EPAM’s presence as one of the leaders in IT market performing local marketing activities
  • Manage company’s marketing activities and arrange proper communication with external candidates, email marketing and event advertising campaigns, including website copy, brochures, and presentations
  • Collaborate with thought leaders across the office by co-creating selling and dynamic content for promotion of working and training opportunities at EPAM
  • Work within Talent Acquisition Marketing Team to analyze gaps/needs and cooperate on a common strategy
  • Organize external community events in EPAM Armenia
  • Coordinate internal team building events for keeping the atmosphere

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications
  • 1-3 years’ experience writing marketing collateral and social posts
  • Creative mindset with a passion for design
  • Driven, thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Comfortable learning and using new technology
  • Displays high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Fluency in digital, web, and social technologies
  • Ability to establish trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders
