“TokenWin” is looking for a “Community Manager”.


- Programs and Initiatives: Support the organization and execution of community programs and initiatives to encourage active participation and build a sense of belonging among creators in betting industry
- Engage with Creators: Act as a bridge between our company and the vibrant community of creators. Encourage iscussions, answer questions, and provide valuable insights to foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
- Content Curation: Help curate and organize user-generated content, ensuring that high-quality and relevant posts receive the spotlight they deserve. Work closely with our teams’ stakeholders to highlight exceptional creations
- Community Insights: Monitor community discussions and gather feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. Use this data to inform product development and enhance user experience
- Moderation: Enforce community guidelines and maintain a respectful environment for all users. Handle any conflicts or issues that arise, keeping the community safe and constructive

Required Qualifications:

- 2+ years of community management experience or equivalent.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms, forums, and online communities
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in building and nurturing communities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and online culture
- A strong appreciation for creativity in all its forms, including visual arts, writing, music, and more
- Ability to recognize and encourage innovative content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Be approachable, empathetic, and adept at resolving conflicts in a constructive manner
- Proactive and self-driven with the ability to take initiative and independently contribute to projects
- Work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute fresh ideas
