Overview
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager with a minimum of 3 years of specialized experience in the gambling and betting industry. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, implementing compliance programs and mitigating risks associated with our gaming activities.
Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on gambling/betting laws and regulations;
- Ensure the organization complies with licensing requirements, advertising standards, and AML regulations;
- Manage the process of obtaining and maintaining necessary licenses and permits;
- Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure timely submissions and compliance;
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures;
- Regularly review and update policies to align with changing regulations;
- Monitor and assess compliance risks;
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on compliance status;
- Communicate compliance-related information to relevant stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field;
- 3 years of experience in compliance management within the gambling or betting industry is a MUST;
- In-depth knowledge of gambling regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
